Cycling

An indoor group cycling class. Come enjoy the ride of your life as you connect to the invigorating beat of the music to each pedal stroke. Whether you're training for a triathlon or riding for cardiovascular health, this class will challenge you and allow you to achieve your fitness goals. Feel the energy from those that surround you as everyone endures the ride of their life.

Bodysculpt

A full body workout designed to strengthen and tone the upper and lower body.

Cardio Sculpt

Cardio combined with free weights, resistance and isolation.

Tabata Kickbox

A combination of kickboxing and strength exercises.

Yoga

Yoga means to yolk (connect the mind and body together in harmony) as you flow to define, align and lengthen your body. Increase flexibility, build core strength, detox your body, reduce stress and anxiety and relax the mind and body through breathing. This class will energize the mind and body and leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the day.

Vinyasa Yoga

Poses will flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.

Pilates

Mat class designed to strengthen and lengthen your body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movements. Core strength is the foundation of Pilates and emphasized throughout the class. Lightweights, stability balls, and resistance bands are used during the class.

Zumba

Come and dance, have fun and SWEAT SWEAT SWEAT!!! No dance experience needed!!! A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Silver Sneakers

SilverSneakers is a comprehensive program that improves overall well-being, strength and social aspects. Designed for all levels and abilities, this program is generally provided by your health plan at no additional cost. Get fit, have fun, and make friends!

X-Train

Build strength and enhance cardio through a variety of conditioning exercises using weights, resistance, and stability balls. This class will challenge your body in new ways and leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the day.

Booty Burn

A total body workout that will tone up your glutes, outer thighs, inner thighs, core, and build strength and create full body sculpt and definition. This class will get you ready for the beach and getting back into your bathing suits!

Shred

A circuit based class with strength and cardio.
