Yoga

Connecting the mind and body together in harmony as you flow to define, align and lengthen your body. Increase flexibility, build core strength, detox your body, reduce stress and anxiety and relax the mind and body through breathing. This class will energize the mind and body and leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the day.

Slow Flow Yoga

Slower form of yoga used to focus on proper form of movements and breathing techniques.

Extend - Deep Stretch

Balance your workout routine with flexibility training for enhanced sports performance and reduced risk of injury. Class includes stretches for the entire body and concludes with a relaxation segment.

Pre-Pilates

A class of foundational exercises for all ages, designed to prepare every part of the body for the more advanced movements of Classical Pilates. The exercises, all done by standing and sitting on a chair, focus on basic core stability, body awareness, alignment, and proper breathing, helping build strength and control, gradually.

Barre-Pilates

A low impact, high repitition full body sculpting workout which combines barre and mat Pilates. Using both modalities, plus strength training to strengthen the core, improve muscle tone, posture, balance and flexibility.

SilverSneakers Circuit

The SilverSneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. A chair is available for standing support.

Senior Strength, Stretch & Stability

Build power and endurance, sitting and standing with a mix of functional strength training exercises using weights, bands and balls. Move through seated and standing yoga poses to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion. A chair is used to meet a variety of fitness levels. Mindfulness practices and education tips designed to help you build resiliency and manage stress more effectively. Designed to help you become stronger and improve balance.

Cycling

A medium to high intensity indoor group cycling class to the beat of music.

Full body workout designed to strengthen and engage the muscles.

Body Sculpt

A full body workout designed to strengthen and tone the upper and lower body.

Kickboxing

An action packed, hour long, high intensity cardio workout that has been made accessible, and fun for any male of female looking to get fit, lose weight and get into the best shape.

Strong Nation

Combines high intensity interval training with the Science of Synced music motivation in every class. Music and moves sync perfectly to push you beyond your limits!

Total Body Burn

Full body workout consisting of resistance training of upper and lower body, cardio training and core workouts to strengthen and tone the entire body.

Curls n Crunches

This workout incorporates toning with light weights and intense core training all synced to music.

ZUMBA

A total dance workout combining all elements of fitness- cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy.

ZUMBA Burst

More intense form of Zumba combined with high intensity interval training (HIIT).

Zumba Toning

Zumba exercise combined with resistance training to engage muscles.
